Clubhouse

An elegantly appointed lakeside Lodge is just a short stroll from each home.  The Lodge serves as the heart of the community and is staffed with dedicated professionals.  Residents enjoy the use of a library, exercise room with equipment, activity/billiard room, TV and lounge areas, a cozy pub, mail room and message center, and lakeside deck.

Dining facilities are served by a full restaurant sized kitchen for social activities and parties and the optional clubhouse dining program.  Residents may also reserve the private dining room.

The social director plans a monthly program or events, trips, parties and activities.  A Summerhill bus provides scheduled shopping transportation and other program outings.
